I'm extremely happy and thankful for the service I received at MBR! I first called earlier this week and spoke to Chase who told me to bring my car in NEXT DAY - this already excited me because no Benz shops ever do next day service! I go in and meet with him and Elliott and the rest is history! My baby is fixed and beautiful again. Elliott really worked with me and from now on I'll go to MBR FIRST! Thank guys!!!
Referred from a friend I went to see these guys. Boy I was surprised after going to the dealership and being shunned it was I stepped into a little piece of heaven. Of the 3 times I have stopped in the MB's in the parking lot changed. No cars that had layers of dust. Very efficient use of space from what I could see. These guys are the best. My car, a 2011 E Class, was smoking like a trooper many miles away from home, I live in El Cerrito , on a Friday at 4 pm before a holiday 4 day weekend. Went to two other random non-Mercedes shops and besides mid diagnosing they claimed it would take days to fix. Kurt, the best, and Elliot saw me right away. If I could rate this 6 stars I would. We've known Elliot and the crew for years and they are, without a doubt, the best Mercedes-Benz mechanics I have ever been to. They treat us like family, are incredibly transparent about everything, give incredibly fair prices, and go above and beyond to provide incredible service. They are THE experts and I trust them unconditionally with my E350. If I get a new car, I am seriously considering getting another Mercedes just because Elliot has been so good to us and our car.
