We’ve known Elliot for years, and he’s hands-down the best MB mechanic in the Bay Area. We took our W220 S500 into his shop today because of a ticking noise with the engine under load, and he dropped everything and went on a test drive with us to diagnose it. He quickly concluded it was just carbon buildup on the valves, because the car is always babied and never driven hard. I had a great first experience here! Elliot is knowledgeable and personable. He had great rapport with all customers. I overheard him tell a customer that he performed an additional service at no charge, just for good measure. He seems to really care about the integrity of his work. Another example, I had given up on mentioning that my emergency brake gets sticky, as the dealership has never been able to do anything about it.
