Booked an appointment for 10:00 am, dropped the vehicle at 9:30 am. Dealership provided an Uber ride to the location of my choice. At 11:30, upon my request, they provided a uber pick up back to the dealership to pick up the car. I sat in the waiting room until 1:30 pm. When I asked how much longer, they went to check and gave me the reason that there was an awards lunch, which was the delay.
