Unfortunately, I had a small problem with my van and you couldn’t fix it. You charged me for something you weren’t able to repair. I even asked you, “Please help me because I’m really tired of dealing with this problem,” but in the end, you turned out to be just like any other workshop. You charged me $950, and when I contacted you the next day, no one responded or gave me any update. There is a serious lack of experience, and you need more professional and experienced staff.
