Just had a meeting with the manager ALEX He was Polite and very accommodating. He is very professional and very Customer motivated. Making sure you’re happy before you leave. Travelled over 70km to look at a 2020 pre-owned car that was "Mercedes Benz Certified" Car had a new front end fitted badly, off colour and misaligned! I offered 3 grand less than the asking price as the car needed the bumper repainting and fitting correctly, also needed 2 tyres as it was fitted with odd tyres. They said it was already reduced and acted like they were doing me a favour...... Shame on you Mercedes Benz Perth very poor presentation and a total waste of my time and fuel.
The worst experience! Was made to sit in the car for over 20mins with a 1month old baby, waiting on a service I was offered by one of the sales men. And when I complained the guy who made me sit in the car for that long did not apologise but instead with cheeky smerk on his face said I sHould have done something about it, instead of just sitting and waiting!
