Over the last 18 months the customer service in the service department has fallen dramatically. I manage cars that are serviced at various dealerships and the service is far better at Chellingworth and Barbagello’s. Even the service I get for my Personal Car at Morley Mitsubishi is better than the service experience from Mercedes-Benz Perth. I have now moved my employers Mercedes service and sales to Westpoint In Osborne Park
