I was quoted a certain amount but when paying the bill the amount was FOUR times higher. They admitted there were BO parts used, then how can it be FoOUR times higher. They only only worked on the vehicle for 1 hour and fifteen minutes. They only only math doesn’t add up!

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with both the quality of my vehicle — the Mercedes-Benz GLE 300d — and the level of after-sales service I have received. Since purchasing this vehicle less than a year ago, I have had to visit the dealership at least six times due to a series of issues, both minor and significant. I was fortunate enough to meet Ella yesterday while at the dealership. I was so impressed by her genuine interest in my inquiry and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and get answers to my questions. She is a warm knowledgeable sales person and truly a wonderful asset to an industry that sometimes can be quite intimidating for women purchasing a vehicle .
