Our company purchased a C300 from this dealership, and after selling the vehicle, we requested a refund for the service coverage and GAP insurance we paid for. It has been three months since the sale, and despite numerous calls and conversations with different finance representatives and operators, we still have not received a clear update on when our refund will be issued. The process has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication and accountability.

The best in Florida! Michael Alvarado and. Christian were great to work with. We called ahead. They were ready for us, showed us what we wanted. and they made the payments work! Highly recommend working with them!
Mark was super helpful. He got me in a loaner car, and when the cost of repair was too high, he worked with me to find a solution that was a fraction of the cost.
