This 2 star rating is given due to the way the business is set up and not really an issue with the people at the dealership. Apparently when you call to make an appointment, you get a call center in Vegas instead of somebody at the dealership. I state, I’m on a road trip and my 2025 car has an engine issue, please help! I state I must have a loaner car since I’m from out of town and I’ll be leaving the area Friday night. Can the service be done by then if I bring the car on Wednesday morning. Stay away from this dealership. Walked in to lease a CLE 300 or a CLA was undecided. Sales man was not knowledgeable at all. Sales rep had no clue what residual value or for money factor was. Clearly not trained properly. When I asked to speak to finance, finance refused to come out and speak to me. I asked for GM and he works by appointments only so inwas told. Ive been leasing cars for ovet 15 years and this is one of the worst experiences and dealerships ive dealt with.
Hands down the worst sales team. I walked in looking to only return my lease, before I even got into the doors I was approached and told they couldn’t help me today as Ben the used car dealer was not in. I still went inside to ask for Ben’s business card. When walking in Rabi ElhaJJ a sales consultant approached me stating I did not need Ben and he could help. Worse Experience ever. I stopped by in person to lease a GLB, They didn't have one in stock. Raana (Sale's representative) Offered me GLA instead. She was a great help but she didn't even offer test drive. She gave a good deal on GLA but i told her im not interested and if that is okay ill be getting a GLB. I called today to check on GLB inventory, This Sale's representative picked up the phone and was extremely rude and got overwhelmed and hung up on me. I dont understand!
