Brought my car in for a standard transmission flush and fill no problem got 15 miles down the road car is stuck in 3rd gear spitting transmission fluid all over the place. Brought it back to Service Advisor Heidi picked it up next day says there was no problem found. 800 miles later got no transmission at all. This is a grossly incompetent dealership
Friendly staff and excellent customer service.
Took the vehicle in for B service. Larry is the service point of contact, incredible friendly and hospitable guy. They did a great job, got the car back fast. Very accommodating staff, I feel like I'm in very good hands. Thanks guys, I'll be back!
