From an executive standpoint, I find this experience deeply concerning. My vehicle has been in service for almost two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to obtain an update and resolution on an ongoing matter, there has been a complete lack of follow-through and accountability. Scott is awesome! He has been coordinating service for my Mercedes last couple years and the team is really great with all the repairs and service. Fair pricing too.
I’m not sure about the bad reviews but I’ve had amazing experiences on two separate occasions. My service advisor Jesus is very very helpful and always addresses my concerns. I never feel like I’m being oversold something and am always able to receive the best deal possible. The service department has also been newly renovated and the waiting area is awesome. You have gained a customer for life! :)

all i gotta say is they have no idea what they are doing. they take a month to throw parts at a car because they can't diagnose a problem Certified just means run there's absolutely no way anything is certifie. just at least don't buy from westwood i'm still under warranty till july and that's when i will give the full and honest review/report on these guys even the video i have of the big 7 foot fake looking sales manager screaming at me. gotta love dash cams service manager john just thinks you're there for free stuff and ... read more
