Too slow the price was different than what they told me oil change and brakes for my G wagon ran me over $1500

A complete waste of time! I received a confirmation, showed up on time, and was told the equipment was "not accessible." Waste of hours of time! The service department is run by someone that clearly doesn't know what she is doing. Avoid!

I am very disappointed in the lack of service I received on June 1, 2024. I had a 9:00 appointment for a 20,000 mile service. I was told that it would take around 4 hours to complete. I sent a text at 2:30 for an update but didn't hear back right away. I called at 3:00 and it rang and rang, nobody picked up. I sent another text and the response was they will check on it. I called back at 3:30 as the service center closed at 4 and I am a half hour away and only then did I find out that they hadn't started to work on my car. I... read more
