I bought a 2024 GLE 450e from Mercedes-Benz of West Covina in October 2025 as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with about 8,000 miles. I have a few Mercedes vehicles and have been coming to this location for 4–5 years, which is why I’m especially disappointed with today’s experience. I brought my car in first thing in the morning for a check engine light and had already requested a loaner in advance when I scheduled. Check-in was quick, but the issue was with the loaner process.
