This shop is a complete TRAP that RIPS YOU OFF! When 1st time I called Service for the 1st maintenance of oil change: Customer service said it was about $150; Later when I dropped the car, service advisor said the total maintain charge was $475+tax! Then I called back: service said oil change costs approx. $190+tax; then direct to the service advisor said the oil change costs at least $275+tax! Really?
