Yesterday I went to the dealer to look at cars. It was 6 and asked a worker there if I could still be there and he said yes. 30 minutes later, I was locked in the dealership and had to call 911 to get me out. I was with my 2 kids, and it was dark and cold outside, and on top of that I was 50 minutes away from home. After the police came I ordered an uber home. My car stayed locked in the dealership until today in the morning when I picked it up. Overall, this dealership showed horrible inconvenience and bad service.
They have a very good selection of high quality, hand picked, reasonably priced vehicles. The Sales staff is Excellent, not high pressure, thorough and knowledgeable, Brent was my Salesman, he was so good that after buying my car, I returned the next week and bought my Girlfriend a SUV also
