Great service for both my Sprinter van and e63s. Seamless experience when servicing one to the other. Update 8/3/2026 - Jacob Abernathy is an excellent Service Advisor who really takes great care of his clients. I really appreciate the level of service from both Juan Renteria with my Sprinter to Jacob with my AMG. These guys are really awesome!
The staff were very nice, welcoming, and polite. Unfortunately, I was not able to service my vehicle there. After spending about an hour creating an online account to qualify for a loaner, I learned that I was not eligible because I did not have comprehensive insurance coverage. I ended up taking my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway, where this requirement did not apply. I had a freak “collision” with a metal object ruining my condenser & radiator on the freeway. My advisor Richard Metodiev went above & beyond & reassured me that my insurance would assist me even after I was getting pushback from them. He made my life so convenient with a loaner & I had nothing to worry about. I bring my car here for any servicing or needs because the service is always more then great. I Have never posted a review in my life.56 years old.took my wife’s 450gle for recalls.took it in at 1000am.went to lunch with my parents back at 330p.service tech said I don’t know how log it takes to charge a battery but I have car for you.i said thank you id insurance and debit card.took back at 1000am next day.i said thank you.then a 300 dollar withdrawal for car is issued on my bank account.i called about that oh so sorry but can’t do anything about it.so I guess im stupid or to trusting.
