Service department Alex really took his time to understand my concern and had my car back on the the road quickly and finally found the issue no one was able. Thanks again I will be back!
I was having an issue with my Mercedes Vehicle and Kunes MB of Sycamore Service department really helped me to take care of the problem. They were knowledgeable and took care of the issue pretty expediently. The loaner vehicle was excellent, and Alex (in the service dept) was really amazing at helping me through the process. I am grateful that I was able to drop my vehicle on the same day as the problem, and it was fixed within 4 days. I will be returning in the future. Thanks MB of Sycamore and Thank you to Alex!!
