This is a Dealership who cares about their Customers and their After Sales care is exceptional. I’ve been trying to get hold of the Parts Department since 18th July. Four calls (two with promises to “escalate”), three emails, contact form submissions, and voicemail messages — all completely ignored. Seven separate attempts in total and not a single reply. If you’re thinking of booking in with Sinclair Group, be aware that you may well be ignored entirely. Poor service and no follow-through on promises.
