Had my car repaired here after an accident, but the work was not done properly — there’s still air noise from the driver’s door. Staff were dismissive and tried to convince me it was fine instead of fixing it. Wasted my time and left me with the same problem. Very disappointing service from a brand like Mercedes-Benz.

Shocking incompetence from a main Mercedes dealership. Booked a routine A service requesting “early as possible” and confirmed as 7.45 checked in online the day before arrived at 7.45 then waited & waited & waited. 9.15 I noticed my car in service area with hazards on and went see why no one was working on it. Some extortionate pricing. The sales staff here want to do you over to make their commission. Unless you’re rolling in dollars, go elsewhere. Audi and bmw have way better offers.
