While traveling in our Airstream Mercedes sprinter van our passenger side mirror glass was damaged. We happen to be close by to this dealer. I called and asked about ordering a new set of glass. They were extremely helpful. I received a call when the items arrived. Upon my arrival I was treated with the same kind service. Unfortunately on of the glass pieces was not the right one. With a little work we all worked together and found the right one. They had to order again. Called me when it arrived. We’re good to hit the road.... read more
The staff and waiting room was very nice, but it took 3 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment for for like a month so it should not have taken that long. When I came in my tire pressure light was on. They told me that filling the tires was part of the service. I finnaly got to pay and leave. Get in my car and the tried pressure light is still on! After already being there for 3 hours!! Will definitely not be back.
Seven years of excellent service.
