The staff and waiting room was very nice, but it took 3 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment for for like a month so it should not have taken that long. When I came in my tire pressure light was on. They told me that filling the tires was part of the service. I finnaly got to pay and leave. Get in my car and the tried pressure light is still on! After already being there for 3 hours!! Will definitely not be back.
Seven years of excellent service.
Bought a '22 sprinter new. After asking repeatedly I still don't have a manual on my mobile app because it was set up incorrectly. Dropped off the van today for a simple oil change. No call to pick it up. Not sure the work has even been completed. Decent van. Better than a transit but dealer service is terrible.
