Went to Mercedes Benz Solihull, last week, phone charger lead was stuck in the port - couldn’t get it out and boot wouldn’t close when I pressed the close button. I was greeted by Lewis who was very polite, I showed him to my car so he could see exactly what the problem was. Lewis amazingly fixed both issues within 10 mins. Great job Lewis Thanks again.
Ordered a key fob for the car at a cost of £500..........A month later still no call to confirm if the key was in or not so dropped in. Parts engineer came out to try the key and was unsure why it did not work turns out it needs programming and wants another 80 quid ! Customer service unwilling to waver the extra money so had a refund. This place is really hit and miss depending on who's doing the works.
Melissa was very helpful, helped with doing a full diagnostic of my car and answered all my questions. Thank you!
AVOID!!!! PARTS DEPARTMENT. THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW THEIR HEAD FROM THEIR TOES, ESPECIALLY THE TALLER LADY. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF JOURNEY, WILL RESORT TO EBAY FOR THE PARTS. I THINK A BIT OF STAFF TRAINING AND PROFESSIONALISM WILL GO A LONG WAY.
