!!AVOID AVOID AVOID PUT ME AND MY FAMILY IN DANGER!! Called to get the old owner of my car access removed from the Mercedes me app as they could see the cars location and my location etc. They refused. Stated i need the V5 and ID just to REMOVE the old owners access. Explained the danger i was in and still refused. Mercedes head office confirmed the V5 is needed to assign access to the new owner and to NOT REMOVE OLD OWNERS ACCESS. Thankfully Mercedes Watford removed the old owners access within 5 minutes of me calling. They... read more
