I am writing to share a concerning experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. In September, I had my vehicle serviced here for a Climate Control Service / evaporator cleaning. Immediately following that service, the AC system failed: it no longer blows cold air, emits an unpleasant smell upon startup, and makes a noticeable hissing sound. Worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After a serious safety issue involving my GLA250. I brought the car to Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. The first person that attended me was James Picardi. He did not listen what I was experiencing, he just wanted me to pay instead of taking the time to analyze the seriousness of the problem. Everything was about paying. I signed a contract to pay $300 for a technical report, that they did not provide for more than 3 weeks.
