Always great service and clean facilities at this location. Staff are knowledgeable and polite, and very helpful. Excellent service and helped with my requests and the took me in last minute and found bad brakes and tires and was able to replace and change oil and all other goodies for less than 4k
We had our MBUX system replaced at MB Sarasota finally after visiting MB of Scarborough Maine and having the service department ignored the problem and proclaimed that there was no issue with the system. Sarasota diagnosed the issue and replaced the defective unit without delay. A job well done.
Had my car towed in on a Saturday night after a tire blowout. First thing Monday morning, I was notified that they had received the car and would be starting work shortly. Shawn kept me updated throughout the process and explained that my tire and wheel policy would cover the damaged tire. I decided to replace the other front tire at the same time, and by 7 a.m. the next morning, my car was ready for pickup.
