1000 miles from our home in Tucson AZ, our check engine light came on. On arrival at the dealership, Derric, our service advisor, understood our situation and got us immediately in for diagnosis. Glen and the whole team at Mercedes went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road taking care of my communities plumbing needs ASAP. They took care of several warranty issues several recall issues and did a routine maintenance and had me back in my plumbing van in a quick expedient manner all while providing updates on the process and providing excellent customer service.
