I had an appointment but I still had to wait more than 20 minutes to get waited scheduled service and a battery cost almost$1800 total rip off in my opinion

Glen in the Sprinter department and Mike in the parts department are just, above and beyond fantastic. We had minor emergency with a broken part and they were able to order it, patch us up and get us back on the road in no time. I can't thank them enough for the exceptional customer service!

I was lucky and had Sarah Harvey as my service advisor. She was very nice and easy to work with, I explained that I was from out of town and had a long drive ahead of me once they were done so she made sure my car was done quickly. I was supposed to have a part put on and they didn't do that but it was partially my fault, I told them it was in the back seat but my coat was covering it a bit so I will have to return. Hopefully I get Sarah again.
