Called to schedule for a service and get some parts for my car. Waited on the phone for almost 20 mins listened to music with no one answers the phone. Called back 3 times, same thing.

I ordered a part and was quoted a price, but on the bill the part was significantly more expensive. Then I ordered the repair, signed the estimate and then the bill was also significantly more expensive. The first time I let the incorrect pricing slide, but the second time I complained and was informed by the cashier that i needed to wait for my advisor for an indeterminate time but could just go ahead and pay the charge. I have nothing but good words to say about the service department and the level of outstanding customer service I have received from the service consultant Wayne Schmid! I had some warranty work that needed to be done and Wayne was amazing. He was accommodating and got everything taken care of just as needed and even helped me with getting the illuminated emblem installed at a lowered price because my vehicle was already in the shop.
