How the heck do you stand behind your product? My 2013 ML 350 drivers seat has failed. And you want me to pay $900 to replace it! How can this be? I’ve never had a Benz seat fail. Please make this right.
my srs light came on my 2010 c300 and at the same time blinkers and wipers and horn and call button stopped working as well as the radiator fan blowing full speed at all times and ac not getting Cold once the SRS light malfunction was was triggered. Mercedes Benz had a recall for the SRS and are replacing both front airbags at zero cost and are going to see if the non op electronics will resume. great service. thanks to service rep Mike Dougherty for your knowledge and help
