I always bring my car to Mercedes of Rochester and specifically to Stephen because I trust him. He will not tell me I need service unnecessarily. He always has a smile.. I have faith in him and I am confident in the work performed at West Herr. My car comes back washed and without delay. They always schedule a loaner whether I remember to ask or not. Buy your car at West Herr and get it serviced there too.

My service Advisor, Brittney, was great! Kept me informed on every step. She is very well trained in her field. I can't say enough about her. Very pleased. I do have one issue with the service itself. I purchased a 2026 GLE 450 in June. A handful of weeks later I had it in for a loud brake issue. I received a video from the technician where he stated I needed new brakes and rotors at a cost of nearly $3k. To say that is concerning is an understatement.
