Employees are rude and condescending
We did not realize that they scheduled service recall appointments without ensuring they have the part on hand. I guess that's why Cristina made the comment that we haven't been serviced here in four years when I asked her how we can ensure the part will be saved for our automobile. Hopefully, we can get scheduled soon and get everything completed.
