Carl at the MBZ service was once again thorough and very informative. He explained the issues clearly and handled the problem with the car very professionally.
No communication and never received any call backs after multiple attempts. I had to drive to the dealership to get any information and it took 10 days to get it done. I had a appointment Tuesday morning and they didn’t even look at the car until Thursday or Friday
