I got my first service on my Sprinter van. I was worried that like some of the places, it would be a constant effort to upsell more parts and services. Instead they performed the service, and provided a comprehensive report of all the items checked and the condition of each item. Pleasant surprise. I have had some issues with some service in the past, but have to say things have really improved. Sean took great care of us and got our car inspected and serviced in a timely manner. I was very happy with this visit and felt taken care of.

MB of Reno performed a complex and excellent service on my car! Brandon, my service advisor is very knowledgeable about the MB brand and explains everything in detail. My car drives very smooth again! I do recommend MB of Reno for routine and complex service needs.
Peter my service advisor was so kind and easy to work with. He kept me posted on the progress and what was happening. I also didn’t rush the service center to fix my car. They have loaner cars available. I just wish Mercedes Benz made a better car and shove so much electrical components into a small space. That’s why the electrical system constantly crashes.
