My tire picked up a large nail, I limped my ML63 to Mercedes-Benz Reno for help. They were amazing! They didn't have my tire size in stock (I don't have factory wheels), so they ordered them, gave me a loaner car and all! The price for the tires were incredibly good as well! Love this place!
Took my car in for the navigation update and Jessica was very nice and professional. She made sure we had a loaner car to get around town as we live an hour away. Great customer service. I loved that they send a video of the inspection of the car as well. Very cool.
Had an annual maintenance visit for my GLA. The service rep, Steven, was excellent. Got me in and out quickly, had service updates texted to me and allowed me to keep the loaner until the next morning. Great service.
