I’m happy to update my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I recently came back to the dealership and had a great conversation with Nick Aberin, and I also had the opportunity to speak with Brian McCoy. Both of them were very helpful throughout the repair process, listened to my concerns, and took care of the requests I had regarding my S320. had a worst customer service from Tim . he acted weird and disrespectful . I was the first one to be in appointment and he ignored me in between and left to another customer . Not a listener . i came back disappointed with getting things sorted and booked appointment for the other mercedez for tomorrow . They provided a better customer service always . It was first time in that service centre and not good as expected . not expecting anytime for a next visit over there again
Excellent service advisor, Linda Teague, and technicians are top notch! ! I highly recommend them if you need service on your Mercedes. My car was due for it’s B service and it was done efficiently and thoroughly
I really wanted Mercedes-Benz of Princeton to be the dealership I trusted with my 1999 S320 and 2004 ML350, but my experience left me disappointed. During a visit, Service Advisor Tam told me “less talking, the better” while I was asking questions about my vehicle’s service.
