Amazing great team
I have concern about the tires replaced. I was told they are all season but couldn't verified. I search the michelin tire on line, and found out the price for all season tire and non all season are big different, the price I paid should be for all season tire, I need a written confirmation, thanks.
I’ve communicated all my experiences with the dealership. Confirmation of appointment displayed a card that is not mine, eventual confirmation I requested loaner but told none available even though service date was many weeks away, response to no loaner indicated service would take one hour but when I arrived was told it would probably be closer to two hours. I had not arranged for pick up believing one hour was not too long a wait.
I don't wrote reviews often, but need to express that Mercedes Benz of Paramus is top Notch , professional and so much better at all aspects of Service for my Vehicle than the other MB dealer in Bergen county or elsewhere. TROY was Professional, Very Courteous and Helpful from the momnen
