My experience in the service department was horrible specially the lady (name Alexis) in charge of the service place. When I called to voice out my concern about my car that has the same problems after they repair it, she talked rudely and talking as if I am dumb not knowing what I am talking about. She doesn't want to hear my complain. She did the same thing to my daughter when she tried to ask some questions.
