To the Sprinter community. Do not bring or tow your Sprinter to this MB location for service. Service was both slow and "not under warranty" or "bumper to bumper" warranty. Certainly not what we are used to from MB. They did their best to get it fixed quickly but it was like pulling teeth. Worth paying extra to tow or drive to a more qualified MB location that works more on Sprinters.
