I’ve been working with Ryan Raymond as my service advisor, and he’s been nothing short of amazing. He always takes great care of me, moves with a real sense of urgency, and clearly knows his stuff. Ryan is professional, knowledgeable, and makes every visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond for their customers—highly recommend asking for him if you want top-tier service!
The experience was seamless as a loaner vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived to have my car repaired, the repair was accomplished quickly with a phone call to update me on the status and the loaner return/ pickup of my vehicle went perfectly.
The last two services A & B were not completed correctly. Last years service resulted in a fuel leak pouring from the engine when they pulled the van up to pick it up. This last service resulted in the transmission plug not being tightened and was leaking, so I had to bring the van back for further service. Something is wrong with your service quality check review once the service is complete.
