Frank Lorusso, my assigned service advisor, not only made me feel welcomed as a new customer at North Scottsdale location but took the time to explain all the services my vehicle needed. He also sent a video explanation of the work that needed to be done something I have never seen in other states when taking vehicle for service. Very professional individual and all my needs got taken care of. Highly recommend.
