Mark is a great service advisor. He knows me and my car and has everything ready when I check in.
I had low air in one tire, stopped by to get air put in and they realized I had one nail in both rear tires. They took my car in at 4:45pm and replaced both tires by the end of next day. I needed a loaner car but because they were all taken by customers the service guy, Josh had to work some magic to get me one. Thank you Josh!! Since I bought the tires with them they were under warranty so they were replaced and only had to pay for labor and rebalancing. Thank you Steven!!
My Service Advisor Joshua is FANTASTIC!!!
Great experience. They always take care of us and treat us like we are their only customer!
