Technician said hood supports weren’t supporting the hood. I opened the hood when we got home and no problem. So not pleased with the attempt to upsell. Also the quote to replace was $500. The parts on Amazon cost $40. And the replacement should take no more than 10 minutes.
My service manager Stephanie is the best. Her communication is beyond excellent and if I could give her more stars I would. Thank you Stephanie for another great experience
When I called in to ask if it would be possible to get an appointment the same day, not only was I able to come in on my lunch but I was also told I could get a ride back to work after dropping my car off. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Thank you!
