5 Star : My Experience 1. Front office staff is polite, professional , and knowledgeable. 2. I had a question, and the gentleman who repaired my Mercedes was immediately available to address it . His name was Denton , and he , too , was cordial and knowledgeable . 3. The gentleman who detailed my car did a superior job! My Mercedes was spotless, inside and out! 0 Star : My Experience I think that the length of time it took to repair the car was do to team issues. Tuesday I was promised the car would be ready, after not hearing from anyone it took many phone calls that went unanswered, left several messages saying I needed someone to call me back. I even questioned the operator at the dealership if the center was opened and if any one was there working.
