0 Star : My Experience Ms. Lou in the repair department was very professional courteous and represented Mercedes-Benz well. However my car went in for fairly minor repairs and it took with an appointment 10 days to get it back. I was left without a vehicle for two of those 10. This put Lou in a very bad position. I would also like to say however that Miss Lou make sure that my oil change was taken care of and my car was detailed and given back to me in a very clean and pristine manner.
