I paid a premium for my car and the repairs but the service was substandard. 4 Star : Repair Quality Most of the repairs (replacement of parts) went fine while other parts were not repaired correcty. 0.5 Star : Customer Service Poor communication about repair timeline and response to questions. Mercedes Benz of New Orleans is very unprofessional. I should have known, though.
