5 Star : My Experience There was confusion about my balance when. I checked out. The person who checked me out told me that the insurance company was issuing a supplement check directly to Mercedes, which I told her I didn't think was the case, but she seemed adamant. But then later my service person called to tell me that i did in fact need to pay the whole balance, which is what i had thought.
