Our service guy wasn’t very professional! Won’t be coming back to this location
It took 45 minutes to get my car back and it easily could have taken much longer, if the receptionist hadn't taken the initiative to go around the service manager and get my paperwork (Thank You). Apparently, only one guy was responsible for releasing vehicles, creating an unnecessary bottleneck. There were plenty of guys sitting around at desks.
