Very professional. Did everything exactly as planned. Accommodated my schedule. This applies both to my Service Advisor Alex, and the gentleman that helped with my loaner.
I used to take my vehicle to a competitor for service. After that dealership tried to sell a service my vehicle did not need I took my vehicle to Mercedes of Morristown for a second option. They were fast in providing a quick appointment. The entire staff was Professional and Courteous. They verified that the vehicle did not need the work and saved me thousands of dollars. From that point on I have used them and I will never use anyone else!! Amazing Amazing Experience, do not go to any other dealership for service!
