Ordering and loaner departments were great , but the person in mechanical service was not cooperative
Nice place, good work, and great people! The facility is truly amazing. They do a great job getting the cars in and out of the service bay. However, the thing I find most objectionable is being charged extra for topping off fluids. For example $10.00 for topping off the windshield washer fluid. And I had filled it up about a week ago. Having paid top dollar for service it really ticks me off that they feel they need to charge extra for such things.
My service tech Julian is extremely knowledgeable and is able to speak about complicated issues in layman’s terms. Spent lots of time explaining things, not rushed out the door. The loaner process was easy and efficient. Great dealership!
