Excellent customer service.
I have been a customer at Mercedes Benz of Monterey for many years. I recently had my car serviced. And Micheal, Service Adviser, was very helpful and made sure my car was serviced for routine maintenance as well as some extra software maintenance that I had requested. Kerri, Loaner Car Administrator, had my loaner car waiting for me when I arrived. She is always helpful and gets you in and out quickly. Service was pretty busy upon arrival but I was greeted and assisted promptly by Joshua. He kept me informed and updated during the routine service on my car.
