I would recommend Jake service advisor to everyone, he is best in information things and keeping things updated, he diagnosed my car in few hours and kept me updated and overall it was best customer service and best behavior ever noticed so far from so many dealerships I have been to so far. Horrible place to buy a car and to have your car service there. The Mechanic department service guys are a joke. The guys in the service department need to be replaced. Mercedes dealership of Modesto needs to get a new list of employees in the mechanic department. The guys who service the cars. Those guys don't know what they're doing. really, they don't. Horrible place to buy a car and to have your car service there. The Mechanic department service department. They need to be put on. The laid off our fired list. Mercedes need to get a whole new list of employees in the mechanic department. Where they service the cars. Those guys don't know what they're doing really they don't. This is ridiculous.
