Horrible place to buy a car and to have your car service there. The Mechanic department service guys are a joke. The guys in the service department need to be replaced. I’m a little saddened as I write this however, I would never recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Modesto including anyone associated to this one specifically. I took my vehicle in for service and from day one received the run around. Let me just say, I am still without my vehicle. They then proceeded to make me a large cash offer for everything they failed to do for me and made this situation worse on their part on their end and continued trying to cover up what they did. The people who answer the phone have no clue about Mercedes campaigns, factory issued ones I am referring to. Wasting my time on the phone when I asked for the service department and explained it word for word from the letter from the factory. This is the fault of the management who is not keeping people informed.
