So I called the parts department, ordered parts for my vehicle, drove a hour away to pick them up, the next day while my car is on a lift at a different garage, come to find out that I am missing two spark plugs in my order, called back to find out why was told that the plugs go to a completely different car was given a oil filter for a different car.. just bad business , would definitely not recommend this dealership to get your car worked on.
I bought a new S 580 from this dealership. I am sorry that the service dept. manager has been very reluctant to address my issues that have come up over my ownership and even damaged myTire during one episodeI I now get my service done by the Mercedes dealer in Fort Wayne though I live only 5 min.
