I have tried multiple times to work with the service department at the Mishawaka location, but unfortunately my experiences have not been positive. Several service advisors seem disengaged, which makes the overall customer experience uncomfortable. In particular, Fred Foulks has consistently come across as dismissive and at times speaks in a manner that feels condescending as if it’s a big inconvenience for him when I bring my vehicle in for service or call with service related questions.
