Awful service told us to come pick up a car by noon (at 10am) after “fixing it” got here and found out there is another problem and it’s unsafe to drive Have been coming here due to having a Mercedes for 8 years and truly the man we have to deal with has been awful every time Aloof, rude, and unhelpful. I picked up a vehicle today following a major repair. After giving me the key and processing my card for payment, Fred handed me a paper to initial that mentioned it was “undriveable”. I ended up putting on the spare tire myself in the Mercedes dealer’s service parking area so we could get it home. At no time prior to this was I advised not to drive it, nor given the opportunity to approve a repair.
