The place that I take my car to on a regular basis for routine maintenance told me that he was worried about the subframe and that I should take it to Mercedes to have it looked at because it is an active recall. I took my car right away to Mercedes in Mishawaka. They had it for a week, charged me a little over $200 to look and it and told me that oh no.. there is nothing wrong with your car. This was May. Super bad and rude service from Fred, I took time off from work and went for the appointment, he didn’t even turn on the engine to check anything, repeating asking if I wanted to do that 250 oil change and 1200 spark plug change, talked like I can only leave if I don’t pay it right now. I got a service list with no price, and he said you can choose service in the list, but how can I choose without knowing necessity and price. Their attitude is very different from that when you go to buying, never come again!
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service my husband and I received from Fred. We called to get help with our vehicle warranty, and from the beginning, Fred was impatient and dismissive. He rushed us through the conversation, repeatedly stating that he had other customers to attend to—forgetting that we are also paying customers who deserve the same level of respect and attention.
