I had a horrible experience with the service. I had my car in the shop sitting there for a week, I called and asked about the car the response was that they couldn't find the key which I specifically said they were in the car, no phone calls were made by them to even let me know that so they said I have to wait even longer to get the service done. I was faced with rude customer service who said that I couldn't find the car so the schedule has to be moved to another couple of days. After few days pass I get a call back saying... read more
After reading their questionable reviews, I decided to give them a try. We looked at a couple cars on their lot, our SA was helpful until it came time to crunch numbers. No response. I'm very hesitant to continue with purchasing if it means being stuck with getting service at this dealership. I will be going to Hoffman Estates instead. I'd advice others the do the same as it is not the first time this suggestion came up in reviews.
Horrible experience The only good about it was Bob! He was looking for keys to a car he found the keys but not the car. We waited almost 45 min just for him yo come back and tell us he couldn’t find the car. Sorry Bob you did great but maybe you should go work at Lexus where they give you better customer service.
Ahmed Omar was very easy to deal with. Every piece of information he gave me was correct!! Highly recommended!!!
