I scheduled a service appointment because my Mercedes indicated that it was due for Service A. When I booked the appointment, I was provided an estimate approximately $399 for the service. After arriving at the dealership and handing over my keys, the service advisor added several additional services—including spark plug replacement, differential fluid service, and other items—which increased the estimate to more than $1,270.
