I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. I purchased my vehicle from the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Lubbock and paid around $5,000 extra for extended warranties, including Auto Butler. At the time of purchase, the salesman was super friendly and made it sound like issues such as windshield cracks or damage to the skid plate would be covered. Great service. Luis Arias took great care of us and made the process of purchasing very easy and convenient. Made sure we were well taken care of us and that we got what we wanted. Also Jerry Cottrell from the finance department was very helpful! Will definitely be coming back! 10/10 all around
Pretty disappointed in the service of this Mercades branch. Took my car car and got break pads and rotors replaced. Did a good job in timely manner. However I had my dry cleaning in the car, all my good work clothes and sweaters that I was taking to get dry cleaned, didn’t have time to take it before they picked up my car. No big deal I’ll take it when I get it back right? Wrong. Luis Arias was wonderful! Courteous, conscientious, and so pleasant to deal with! Jerry was super efficient with paperwork and outlined all options for add-ons! All in all, it was the perfect car-buying experience!!
