I brought my Mercedes to this dealership for a windshield quote. When I arrived, Jonathan told me there would be a $289 deposit required if I decided to move forward with the replacement and had me sign off on it. After leaving my car there, I was later informed that the total cost to replace the windshield would be $3,500. I immediately said that was way too high and wanted to get other estimates.
