As someone who doesn't usually like dealers as I maintain all of my own cars,my experience with my wifes c300 has been great. This is mostly due to Juan who is usually our service contact there. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything we needed done was taken care of with the best of service. I have dealt with other service people with varying satisfaction but that was usually once or twice.
