My car was taken on time and on budget for service this week.
I took my car to check the low coolant light after having to refill the reservoir for two days. I was quoted $250 for diagnostics. All I needed was to see where the leak was and repair or replace the defective part. I received a mechanics report stating that no leaks were found but everything else was checked. Now two days later I still have the coolant light on again. I need to take it to another mechanic to find where the leak is. I love visiting my Mercedes dealership. They know me and it is always personal. My service coordinator knows what I like, need and what serves the best interest of my car health and me as an owner. I feel relaxed and know I will be taken care of and my Queen (my car name). I relax with a cup of coffee and wait for my service updates via my phone and even now the pictures of the car that are amazing.
