I took my car in to have my broken windshield replaced. They were so helpful and great to work with. I live out of town, so they provided me with a loaner car, had my car ready in the amount of time they told me it would be ready. What a great service department!
I LOVE the vibes of this car dealership! The service was very professional. The service department kept me posted by sharing videos on the status of my vehicle. The Mercedes app let me know when the car was in use. Refreshments were provided while I waited. Overall my vehicle was serviced effectively and efficiently! Thank you !
From the time i walked in the door to drop off my vehicle, to the time i returned to pick up my vehicle. I was treated with the upmost respect, everything was explained to me from top to bottom. Pictures and videos were sent to me throughout the repair process and the person at the center of it all was Hai. Thank you so much for being such an awesome person. The experience was amazing.
