Would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. After purchasing a +$100k vehicle from this dealership, within two months we noticed a rattle that occurred when bumps were encountered. Took the vehicle in to have it addressed. After the service department had the car for just under a week we received a call to come pick up our car that they could not find the rattle and we “would just to live with it!” My wife and I were floored. I give it a 2 star and thats because the Service advisor was actually very helpful... The Service need improvement, renovation, remodeling ASAP we can't buy 60k 75k 100k 200k Mercedes-Benz and wait for hours for Service in a dirty, unwelcome seating area. Extremely disappointed with the service at Mercedes. I brought my car in for a dashboard issue. They found a screw in the rear tire, but there was no PSI warning, and I made that clear. Without informing me or asking for approval, they replaced the entire tire which was repairable and charged me $750. I have tire insurance, but I was never given the chance to decide or explore a solution. The car was delivered to my home, and I only realized what had been done after the fact.
