Greeter and Service Advisor were very nice. However I called to get the price of the service I needed and the service advisor presented a price double what I was told over the phone.
Jasper was phenomenal! Purely the reason why I’ve decided to make this Mercedes my trusted caretaker of my Mercedes. He took the time to go through maintenance items with me, and items that would need addressing in the near future. Thank you again Jasper!
They charge additional 2% fee for credit card but nobody ever told me in advance. When picking up the car I realized that myself and had no choice but to pay the extra fee because I didn't bring checks or debit card with me. The 10k mile service itself took 2 full days due to difficulties programming the screening.
