Quickly got my car serviced and also came back and had a tire replaced. All without having me come in and wait forever.
Chris, our Service Advisor, and Ray, the Service Manager, were both excellent from start-to-finish of the process. This was our first experience with service at Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway for our 2025 G63, so I was making sure everything was planned and in order. Once Ray handed me off, Chris communicated often and clearly, and always answered the phone.
