My service advisor was great and patient as usual. What I didn’t like was the young female at the loaner car department. When I walked in there was no one there. She walked in, in a very low voice said your getting a loaner car. I was so close to her and kept asking her to repeat herself because she was speaking so low. She gave me a paper, didn’t explain what the paper was and said for me to sign. I asked what the paper was for and she said they will take out $250. to hold for the vehicle.
