I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mercedes Benz of Greenway in Houston. I brought in my Mercedes S560, Emerald Green, for diagnosis and service related to a P028 coolant thermostat issue, and my advisor Jay asked me twice about the service light. Both times I clearly approved having it reset and provided documentation confirming the vehicle had already been serviced, yet despite agreeing to handle it, the service light was not reset when I received the car. Nestor went above and beyond for me. Never had any complaints with the Greenway location.
Parts department, unnecessarily rude. I came in to ask to see if I could simply purchase a key fob battery, CR2032 - which he told me he did have in stock. He asked me to see the key fob and I showed him a Honda key fob (my little brothers car) and he gave me this disgusted look and said we won’t touch it.
