Ray provided outstanding customer service in the service department. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to check what repairs were covered under my warranty, helped arrange a loaner vehicle, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the customer experience. Thank you, Ray, for going above and beyond, I highly recommend working with him!
I'm very disappointed and frustrated with this location. When I came in for an oil change, Josephine Simpa refused to accept my car, which caused an unnecessary delay. I ended up waiting for another employee (Wojciech Rogoz), who was actually very nice. Her explanation was that once you’ve been assigned to a specific employee, you have to continue working only with that person. That makes no sense to me. What happens if that employee isn’t available, has moved to another location, or has left the job?🤷
