I'm very disappointed and frustrated with this location. When I came in for an oil change, Josephine Simpa refused to accept my car, which caused an unnecessary delay. I ended up waiting for another employee (Wojciech Rogoz), who was actually very nice. Her explanation was that once you’ve been assigned to a specific employee, you have to continue working only with that person. That makes no sense to me. What happens if that employee isn’t available, has moved to another location, or has left the job?🤷
