I had an excellent experience having my Sprinter serviced for a warranty repair. Appointment was easy to set up and availability was earlier than dealers closer to me. Tom Honnen (service advisor) was friendly and communicated promptly and clearly. The work was done quickly. Also bought an engine oil filter and parts department was good to work with.
