I had a great experience at this dealership when I took my SUV to do a couple maintenance things to it, they even did the state inspection as it was going to expire end on this month( March). everyone that I interacted with from Steve the assistant service manager to the cashiers to the porters are all very nice and courteous.

Dishonesty in Service SERVICE ADVISOR (Steve) displayed dishonest behavior throughout the process. Misrepresentation of work performed and parts used. Unnecessary Charges Customer was charged for parts that were not installed or used. Inflated billing for services that were not required. Poor Quality of Service Technician left fluids leaking under the vehicle after service. Work performed did not meet acceptable standards. I am extremely disappointed with the dishonesty and inflated repair estimates from this dealership’s service department. I’ve been an automotive technician for over 20 years, so I know exactly what to look for when repairs are performed. After my recent service visit, I was quoted nearly $1,000 for bolts, clamps, gaskets, and related hardware that were supposedly replaced.
