Rip off asking me to pay approximately $3000 for something on my vehicle and want to keep the car for month. Mean while I went to regular mechanic parts and labor cost $600 .
I purchased my 1st Benz in 2008 and had many great services done as well. They are very accommodating. Even, it is my mixed up with the service date when I arrived. They are able to take me in and provide me with a loaner. Top notch from Sale to Service dept.

I recently visited Mercedes Benz of Ft Wash. Unfortunately, some salesmen don't have good reputations. They tend to lack patience, and they are pushy. This was not my experience at the Mercedes Benz dealer in Ft Wash. My salesmans name was Brian. He's young. Meaning not much time for phone calls. He prefers to send text messages.
