Special ordered an oil filter from the Parts Desk. When I picked it up and opened the box the O-rings we’re already put on the plastic housing and the oil filter itself had wet oil marks on it. It was previously improperly installed on the wrong vehicle and returned to Mercedes. The oil filter was pushed into the plastic housing so hard that I couldn’t take it off. Rip off asking me to pay approximately $3000 for something on my vehicle and want to keep the car for month. Mean while I went to regular mechanic parts and labor cost $600 .
