Extremely disappointed with the service at this Mercedes-Benz dealership. The first time I came in for an oil change and state inspection, I asked about repairing scratches on the front bumper below the headlight. I was told it could be repaired, but it would take some time. The advisor (Rob) specifically told me I did not need an appointment and could come back anytime for the repair. Update - 3/28/26 - I’ve been back multiple times over the past 3 years and the service has been excellent. No issues at all. Our first experience was probably just a fluke. Edit - I am updating my review. Derrick, the service manager, called me and apologized and is reimbursing me. We are going to give the service center another try. Terrible. We bought the car at the end of April 2023 and were told it didn't need anything for a year. It was a brand new car but was a leftover 2022. We got a ticket from the city of Philadelph... read more
