I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service department at your dealership. Despite owning a luxury vehicle, the level of service I have consistently received is far below industry standards and, in one instance, was dangerously negligent. Not very happy. I brought my car in for service. They misdiagnosed it and charged me $250 for that. I called to complain about three weeks ago and they said they'll call back which they haven't.
I just got GLC300 2019 4MATIC and visited MB Fort Washington to change the ownership and activate Mercedes digital extras. "Deen Mohamed" welcomed me, changed the ownership, and was very patient to resolve an issue because I gave him a wrong email address in the beginning. He walked me through the service, explain how its benefits, and the payment options. It was a pleasant experience and now I'm considering doing the maintenance there.
