I’ve had some problems with a car I recently bought, I’ve taken it in to the service department here and have had top notch service every single time. Ricky in service has handled my car since the start and has given top notch service in every aspect you could ask for.
I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service department at your dealership. Despite owning a luxury vehicle, the level of service I have consistently received is far below industry standards and, in one instance, was dangerously negligent. Not very happy. I brought my car in for service. They misdiagnosed it and charged me $250 for that. I called to complain about three weeks ago and they said they'll call back which they haven't.
