Shady dealership. I called them to confirm the correct part number for my vehicle trying to buy a part from their website. The guy confirmed the part and then when telling him I’ll be ordering the part online for pick up, he tells me it is their policy that they do not honor nor accept online orders. I asked him why do they have a website with parts to order online if that is the case? I’ve been coming to this dealer for years, and I don’t like the sales department, but I like the service department. I’ve been coming Anthony Colantonio for years and he always does everything he can in his power to make my experience great. He’s a great person, very helpful, and I am satisfied with his service. Today again he was helpful and great, checked out my car, and took very well care of me, as soon as possible. Thank you very much to the service department and manager of the service department!
