Update - 3/28/26 - I’ve been back multiple times over the past 3 years and the service has been excellent. No issues at all. Our first experience was probably just a fluke. Edit - I am updating my review. Derrick, the service manager, called me and apologized and is reimbursing me. We are going to give the service center another try. Terrible. Just added this beauty to my treasure chest. Meet Ruby, my new GLC 300 Coupe. Service from beginning to end was exceptional. Special shout out to my salesman Will and finance manager Tiffany. Very attentive, easy to work with and respected what I wanted. Top notch! Much better than Cherry Hill.
